What does C1 certification mean in practice?

With the new C1 certification, the Mavic 3 Enterprise (both the M3E as well as the M3T) into the open category A1. As a result, there are significantly fewer restrictions — a real game changer, especially for commercial users:

Reduced weight — big impact

To make the Mavic 3 Enterprise models fall under the C1 category, DJI has once again optimized the weight. This was made possible by a new, lighter battery:

DJI Mavic 3E (with C1 battery): 865 g
DJI Mavic 3T (with C1 battery): 870 g

By way of comparison, the previous standard battery of the Mavic 3 weighs 335.5 g. The new DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise Series Battery (EU C1 Version) Comes on just 285 g — savings that make the difference
