Basically, one building = one project = one credit per planning file (4 credits for façade data).
Several structurally separated buildings in the project area (e.g. two single-family houses or halls) are treated as separate projects and billed individually — even if they are visualized or planned together.
Buildings with connected parts, such as garages, count as one building. The area marked by you when applying for a project is decisive.
Instead of measurement tapes and Google Maps, Airteam offers DIN-certified 3D models and measurements accurate to the centimeter. You benefit from more safety (no more dangerous roof inspections), digital workflows and a modern appearance with your customers.
The accuracy means less expensive rework and miscalculations. You can still calculate your usual mark-up. You also impress your customers with professional 3D models and can justify higher prices.
You can pay by direct debit, invoice or credit card.
With a flat rate model: Access your 3D models anytime, anywhere - without time limits. Whether on the construction site via smartphone or in the office on a PC.
For single projects: Use the 3D models indefinitely and the associated planning data for 4 months after project completion.
We offer flexible models without long contracts. You can start with single projects and switch to flat rates later as your needs grow. We adapt to your requirements, not the other way around.
Get DIN-certified measurements at various levels of accuracy - be the first company in the world! The accuracy depends on the drone used:
- Fast fusion: approx. 15cm accuracy
- Per fusion: approx. 10 cm accuracy
- Max Fusion with RTK: 1-2cm accuracy
