Credit structure adjustment

Façade projects are more complex than roof measurements. The areas are more diverse, the prospects are more difficult — and many processing steps are currently still being carried out without complete automation. While our AI for roof projects is already based on a database of over 70,000 processed buildings, this scaling is still in its infancy for facades. Our goal: Reliable quality, fast processing — and, in the long term, strong AI automation here too.

From 01.06.2025, façade projects cost 4 credits per building.
